Especially in the first world, many people are overweight or are not satisfied with their weight. There are different reason for that. First of all, the eating habbits changed over the time. Second, shops sell much more products which contain more fat and sugar. And finally, the majority of people in the media are very slim. That creates a different role model. Many people wants to be thiner, altough they already are very thin. The question arrises: What is the optimal weight? The best weight is the weight which you are most comfortable with. If you have trouble to walk few meters, it might be sign for overweight, altough it can have other reasons for that.
